Senior Traffic & Distribution AnalystAs a Truck Dispatcher at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our trucking fleet. You will be accountable for coordinating the dispatch of trucks, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple shipments and ensuring customer satisfaction.You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location on site work schedule.In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our trucking operations, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the transportation process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery Resolve any issues or demands that arise during the transportation process Guide and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements Monitor driver’s daily logs and escalate any irregularities to the Sr. Logistics and Transportation Supervisor.
