Office Manager, Bilingual Spanish
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the investment management industry in Greenwich, Connecticut. We are in search of a bilingual Spanish speaking Office Manager who will be an integral part of our team. This person will be the "go to resource" and first line of defense for our 30-person firm. The office manager will have full oversight of all HR and office operational functions. Office Management and Adminisitrative Responsibilities: Be a kind and welcoming presence in the office, offering to assist employees with various projects and administrative tasks Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, from onboarding new hires to managing exits. Coordinate the enrollment and administration of employee benefits. Administer the ADP payroll system and ensure its timely processing. Collaborate with management on personnel issues and provide general administrative support to HR functions as needed. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Responsible for answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clients.Financial Responsibilities: Perform bank account reconciliation tasks. Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including check disbursements and wire transfers.Requirements To be a top contender for this role, we are asking all candidates to meet the following requirements;Systems Knowledge: Prior experience using ADP Payroll Proficiency in QuickBooksPrior experience performing the below tasks: Administering payroll through ADP Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP), demonstrating a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience in onboarding new hires and assisting with open enrollment Outstanding administrative skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
