We hope you will apply to become part of our dedicated, fast-moving team of superstars!ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our team!The Clinic Associate is responsible for delivering the Perfect Visit experience in one or more of the following service lines: Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry. This can include scheduling appointments, updating medical records, checking patients in and out for appointments, performing blood draws, processing labs, and maintaining inventory.SCHEDULES
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and a half day Wednesday
Half day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Check patients in and out for appointments.
Schedule new appointments as needed.
Process patient payments.
Educate patients on how to navigate their ZoomCare medical record.
Maintain patient’s demographic and insurance information.
Perform blood draws and finger sticks while adhering to all written laboratory standards.
Process collected specimens and document results.
Maintain supply inventory; order, receive, and store supplies.
Work with and maintain some basic medical equipment.
Provide emergency care to patients when necessary.
Support medical providers as needed.
Ensure the clinic remains clean and neat.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to easily navigate a computer and learn new software.
Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Must be able and willing to travel to various clinics as necessary to attend mandatory training or cover a shift due to business needs.
CPR/BLS Certified, or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire.
WA: Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant- Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire.
OR: Must be able to obtain a phlebotomy license within 6 months of hire; equivalent licensure or training experience, preferred.

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50 - $26.50 DOE

WORKING CONDITIONS
Fittested for an N-95 mask, must beclean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
Must wear a mask as needed
Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to be fit tested and wear a respirator, when required.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time.
