Marine Construction Carpenter

Big Wave Docks is looking for hard-working, honest employees. We work over the water so swimming skills are important. This job is physically demanding and is done in most weather conditions. A Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite (on Lake Norman) are REQUIRED.

General carpentry skills are helpful but not required. In-depth, on-the-job training is provided. Experience using typical carpentry tools is very helpful. Having experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is a plus!

Typically our employees work 50 hours per week with over-time pay. We offer benefits including paid holidays, quarterly bonuses, and vacation pay. We continue to have a large backlog of work, providing employees a lot of room for growth.
