Job Title: Realtor

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: Commission. Our Team Members earn $100,000 in their first year.

Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated, professional, customer-focused Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties by providing expert guidance, market knowledge, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions. Ideal candidates should be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and the buying/selling process.

Property Listings: Assist clients in listing and marketing their properties by staging homes, organizing professional photography, and creating compelling property descriptions.

Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, neighborhood developments, and local market conditions to provide clients with accurate information.

Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or renters. Highlight key features of the property and answer questions to help clients make informed decisions.

Negotiation: Act as an intermediary during negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements. Advise clients on offers, counteroffers, and contract terms.

Transaction Management: Our Team's Support Staff oversees this process so you don't have to.

Networking & Lead Generation: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals (e.g., mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors), and prospects to generate new business opportunities.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process. Be responsive to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to all local, state, and federal real estate regulations, as well as ethical standards set by professional organizations and licensing authorities.

Qualifications Required:

Valid real estate license in [State/Country].

Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or relevant sales experience.

Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using real estate software, MLS systems, and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Previous sales experience in real estate or related fields.

Knowledge of local neighborhoods and communities.
