Radiology Assistant
Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Radiology Assistant to join our Medical Imaging team on a Partial Part-Time basis.
Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a Radiology Assistant. The Radiology Assistant performs a wide variety of routine duties including clerical, technical, and patient related functions. The Radiology Assistant is responsible for assisting members of the patient care team and providing a broad range of health care services such as: patient check-in, preparation for the visit, patient education, assistance with exams and procedures, and patient transporting. The Radiology Assistant is trained to use a variety of equipment, computers, and software.
Position Requirements:
Required: High School graduate or equivalent, or Youth Apprentice
Preferred: CNA experience, knowledgeable of Medical Terminology
Required Certification: Current BLS certification
Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position. Access email, reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements.
Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills – Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, write a letter.
Work Shift:
Partial Part-Time, .2 FTE
16 hours per week
Scheduled Days: Every Other Saturday & Sunday
Scheduled Shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
