Highly skilled Lead Trim/Finish Carpenter

We are a local high-end General Contractor looking for some help over the next month or so with all kids of carpentry. Our focus for all our clients is quality (in both craftsmanship and customer service) above all else. Current work is mostly interior trim work, but maybe some light framing as well. This short term work is a 1099 position so you must have your own general liability insurance and be fully tooled up with reliable vehicle. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in high-quality carpentry with an emphasis on trim carpentry. Must be reliable, highly skilled, a great communicator, and overall good person who works well with others. Don't waste your time and our time if this is not the case.

We will be looking for a more permanent lead carpenter come spring in a full-time employee position if that is of interest. Must have experience in all phases of residential construction and remodeling, including experience leading a small crew.
