Contract: DEPT OF PUBLIC SOCIAL SERVICES (MUST HAVE FIREARM PERMIT WITH 9MM)

SHIFT: MORNING SHIFT - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS OFF

-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SECURITY EXPERIENCE.

Pay rate: $23.75 - $25.25 /hour (depending on post)

We offer flexible pay options like Daily Pay and Weekly Pay. Hiring for Security Professional Unarmed for the County Of Los Angeles.

-High School or G.E.D. diploma or equivalent

-Minimum of one (1) year paid unarmed or armed security experience within the last three (3) years

-Undergo and pass, to the satisfaction of County, a background investigation as a condition of beginning and continuing to work

-Initial physical examination and testing, and provide proof of vaccination annually thereafter

If you are a previous employee, you will be subject to a rehire approval.

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
