PT Assistant – $20+/hr Beauty & Customer Service (Ideal for Students)

Looking for a Friendly & Dependable Part-Time Personal Assistant!

Are you a motivated, upbeat individual with a passion for beauty, fashion, and customer service? Do you have experience in assisting or working with clients in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dynamic, go-getter to join our team as a Part-Time Personal Assistant. This is a fun, fast-paced role where you’ll have the chance to grow, learn, and make an impact while supporting exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:

Travel Assistance: Help with travel logistics and errands.

Makeup & Beauty Product Modeling / Product Demos: Showcase and demonstrate makeup products by wearing them or having them applied.

Errands & Lunch Runs: Grab coffee or lunch and run various errands.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, assist with sales, and provide excellent service.

Event Support: Help set up vendor booths, distribute flyers, and maintain tidy workspaces.

iPhone Photography for Content Creation: Capture high-quality images and videos using your iPhone to create engaging product visuals.

Maintain a Neat and Organized Work Environment: Ensure tools and products are kept in top condition and ready for use.

Other Tasks: Organize and assist as needed—no day is the same!

What We’re Looking For:

Background in Beauty, Assisting, and Customer Service Strongly Preferred: Experience in these areas will help you thrive in this role.

Positive & Personable: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Hard-Working & Quick Learner: We value self-starters who are dependable and can hit the ground running.

Interest in Beauty/Fashion: A passion for the industry and staying on top of trends is a huge plus.

Great Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues.

Dependable & Trustworthy: Must have reliable transportation and be on time.

Professional Appearance & Attitude: Represent the brand with a polished, positive outlook.

COVID Vaccination Proof & Mask-Wearing: Safety is important; mask-wearing is strongly encouraged.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend work may be required.

Pay: $20+ per hour (based on related experience)
