We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer focused Client Service Representative to join our team. The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently
Client Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct in-person interviews in potential and existing client's homes
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Ensure customer information is current
Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts
Perform customized targeted sales strategies
Closing sales and leading customer through the process
Monitor customer feedback and report it to management
Create reports on customer service metrics
Client Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to read and write in English
Customer service, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer service preferred
Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs and demands
