Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleSr. Lead Product Manager Network is an overall owner for a set of service offerings that solve private networking requirements for Enterprise, Government, Mid-Market, and International customers. This position is focused on managing, evolving, and expanding the Lumen Core Network portfolio of products and supporting the sales channels to maximize sales, revenue, and margins. This product management professional can understand segmented customer requirements, the landscape of competitive options each customer may consider, and articulate where private connectivity is the ideal solution among other Lumen networking alternatives. The Product Manager and their distributed, cross-functional team of operational and, in some cases, IT development resources must ensure the product features and functionality can drive growth and achieve positive user and customer experiences.The Main Responsibilities

Ensure Private Exchange product alignment with cross functional stakeholders including development, operations, sales, marketing, legal, regulatory, etc.

Maintain and evolve Sales and .com documentation as living documents

Maintain and communicate prioritized backlog and roadmap for product, features, and service offerings

Develops metrics to gather data of market conditions and customer requirements to assess and recommend appropriate implementation or management of product portfolio mix which maximizes revenue and margins and aligns with corporate strategic direction.

Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionalityPrepares and presents business cases for new products

Drive portfolio execution to attain its goals as set forth in company strategy and financial forecasts

Support sales and marketing resources with information regarding customer benefits, market differentiation, and overall value proposition

Support field sales and engineering for qualified opportunities by assessing customization or feature feasibility

Team leader that can cast vision, illustrate tactics/strategy, and hold team members accountable

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in the telecommunications or technology industries

Entrepreneurial "can do" attitude, willingness to be creative, flexible, and ability make an impact

Demonstrated experience with Program management, Process development and execution

Demonstrated knowledge and experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend product enhancements
