Hiring PM Line Cook

Aloha,
We are looking to hire our first cook as we are a brand new bar located in Old Kapaa Town.
The Flying Saucer is a tiki-like cocktail bar serving craft cocktails and a small pupu menu.
The kitchen is designed for one person only.
Hours are approx. 4:00- Midnight, 2-3 days a week (we are currently only open Thursdays Friday Saturdays).
We are offering $28/hour + nightly tips + pau Hana + staff meal.
We need someone who is self sufficient, can problem solve on their own, can help out with clearing / busing / washing dishes and who has line cooking experience. The menu is already created, we need someone who can execute it.
