Construction Superintendent

We are a 46 year old general contracting firm and we are starting a series of new stores in the fast food industry. The first three stores are extensive renovations to existing fast foods restaurants, the next three are ground up new construction. We need a proven, working superintendent, that has great organizational, scheduling, quality control, and technical skills. The individual must be reliable, have a high energy level, professional, and have good communications skills, and be able to plan ahead and bring the projects in on time. Some overtime may be required to expedite the delivery. We may self perform concrete work, carpentry and interior finish categories of the work.
