This position focuses on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce development, ensuring alignment with company goals and federal, state, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.Oversee HR compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal-setting.Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR experience,preferably in the transportation or Automotive sector.Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.If interested, please email a resume and your availability for a phone interview to Melissa Doughertymeld227@kellyservices.com
