Client Care Specialist – Weight Loss & Wellness

Location: Arlington, Southlake, or Remote (Telemedicine Style Care Option Available)

With locations across DFW, and with nationwide telemedicine style remote care, we’ve been successfully helping people safely lose body fat for over 10 years.

Clients do not drift:

Female clients typically average 2-3 pounds a week.

Male clients typically average 3-5 pounds a week.

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and passionate Client Care Specialists to join our teams. If you’re genuinely motivated by the opportunity to help others succeed in a real weight loss solution without gimmicks or extreme measures, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Field incoming program inquiry calls from potential clients and guide them through the process with consultative and supportive conversations.

Provide website live-chat support to help answer questions and lead prospective clients into booking a professional consultation.

Cross-train to serve in a Trainer role facilitating client weekly assessments by performing scientific bioelectrical impedance (BEI) analysis body scan assessments, ensuring client understanding and compliance, and addressing any and all client questions or concerns.

Serve as a positive brand ambassador by sharing posts and information about our clinic on your personal social media accounts.

Ensure that all client interactions are consultative, informative, and supportive, without traditional hard-selling tactics.

Provide education on the science-backed, sustainable approach to weight loss that focuses on health, behavior change, and nutrition.

Help potential clients understand the program offerings, set clear expectations, and support them as they take the next steps on beginning their wellness journey.

Instruct clients on mastery of maintenance techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

A friendly, confident, outgoing personality with a passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Our team is the best of the best. Experience and credentials in fitness, nutrition, or medical fields is required. We value education, experience, certification, and a willingness to continue learning!

Ability to engage with others and share information in a consultative and supportive way, without pressure or quotas.

Familiarity with HIPPA level practices for client information.

An honest interest in helping others achieve sustainable change in their health and well-being.

Calmly handle rare aggressive, sad, or rude clients in a way that is professionally confident and supportive in winning over any (temporary) bad attitudes.

Comfortable with technology and online platforms to support virtual consultations and interactions.

Strong social media presence and an ability to positively represent our brand across your personal social channels.
