Prep Cook 3am Wurstkuche DTLA

Blanching fries, caramelizing onions and packaging food for services. This role has been filled by the same person for 16 years and he is retiring.

Work starts at 3am and finishes by 11am. Monday- Friday. The individual must have a proven track record of responsibility, manager serve safe, able to work independently early with vigor.

Must have cooking experience on the line and in several different formats for over 5 years.
