Seeking Landscaping Labor

I am looking to hire day laborers to help me with some difficult landscaping projects I have. It will be manual labor to landscape a steep hill in my front yard. I am looking for help with digging trenches, putting in a retaining wall, and building a path down the hill to transport materials.
