General Construction

I am a small Construction Company, that does alot of Patio Covers, Roofing and Framing. I am looking for someone that can speak english and follows directions. Dont care where your from as longas you have the ability to follow directions and can communicate in english. You need to have, your own transportation if you have tools thats a bonus. If you have never worked in construction this is not for you. Must have experience using a skillsaw, reading a tape, basic knowledge of framing and can be left alone or sent to a job to do a repair and get the job done. Please dont say you are capable only to get to the job and have no clue because you will be asked to leave and just have wasted both of our time and than you will be fighting with me looking for money . I am willing to pay top dollar for an experiencd, reliable guy with tools and a truck. Not the end of the world if you dont have tools and a truck but dont look for high end money if you cant provide all that is required for that position. There is nothing more than I want than too pay a reliable guy with tools and a truck that wants to work.
