Sunday Brunch Chef

Esatblished and well regarded neighborhood restaurant is looking for a Sunday Brunch Chef to open and operate a limited order-from-the-menu brunch. Candidate must have prior brunch experience, ability to order and maintain inventory, scheduling of servers from our current staff. Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with service from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please provide a resume with two references. Renumeration is daily pay plus bonus based on performance.
