Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Commercial Contractor seeking an experienced project manager for managing projects and administration of master files

- Live preferably near the west loop

- US Citizen / valid drivers license

- Experienced in reading reading and plan material takeoffs

- Sub contractor, vendor and labor pool coordination by project

- Computer fluent - word / excel / sharepoint / Microsoft project

- Client friendly and professionally polite and agreeable

- Organization a must and attention to project and office administrative detail

- Reliable and seeking long term employment
