Kitchen Manager - School Lunch Program
Come join our school lunch program at Boucherie! We are looking for a hard-working, motivated, kitchen manager to run our unique school lunch program. Boucherie's school lunch program serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks to students in private and public schools throughout the greater New Orleans metropolitan area. Boucherie welcomes applicants who are looking for a unique opportunity with desirable hours. Hourly rate from $19-24 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus if you are able to communicate in Spanish as well as English.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
1-3 years experience in kitchen management;
Flexible schedule with the availability to work early shifts Monday through Friday;
Outstanding work ethic;
Must be a team player;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and
Job Responsibilities Include:
Cook and prepare food for up to 1,000 students per day;
Order and manage inventory;
Troubleshoot problems;
Assist other chefs and managers with tasks;
Serve lunch to students at various locations; and
Daily cleanup.
Be able to have start time as early as 7am Monday-Friday.
