Medical Assistant

The Lilith Clinic is seeking a pro-choice, dedicated, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

This is an excellent opportunity to impact patients' lives in a well-established and respected health center that specializes in providing abortion care.

Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Maintain a non-judgmental, patient-friendly, and team-oriented environment at all times

Prepare exam rooms, recovery, and laboratory areas for procedures

Assist physicians with medical procedures and patient care

Provide support at the front desk, including answering phones and organizing charts

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant privacy policies

Assist with patient flow and communication between doctors and clinic staff

Operate sterilization equipment and ensure safe, accurate wrapping and storage of instruments

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all clinic areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a medical assistant or similar role (preferably in reproductive health or related fields)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices

Certification: current CPR/BLS or must be obtained during new hire period.

Willing to train motivated candidates. New grads are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; 7 AM - 4 PM

Schedule: 9 hour shift

Salary: $18/hr
