Job Summary:

Our company continues to explore new territories and we are looking for talented, energetic, driven Sales Representatives to help grow our business. The Sales Representative will sell food products to supermarket chains, restaurants, and food stores at the customer's place of business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Travels, by car, and/or walking, throughout the assigned territory on regular and prospective customers to develop a clientele.

Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.

Distributes product catalog or product samples to current and prospective clients

Displays or demonstrates merchandise, using samples or catalog, to develop customers' product knowledge.

Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.

Estimates date of delivery to the customer.

Prepares reports of business transactions.

Works with Customer Service Representative to ensure the customer understands ordering process.

Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.

Investigates and resolves customer issues.

Education and/or Experience:

2-3 years of experience in a FOOD sales job.

Job Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
