Customer Service / Rental Agent/Floater. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent Floater to join our team in our Douglassville, Shillington, Gilbertsville locations, as well as occasionally our Kutztown location. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and providing exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be available to work at several different locations on different days.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate rental unit

- Provide information on rental sizes and rates

- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not necessary, we will fully train.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in data entry and computer applications

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Administrative skills for maintaining records and handling paperwork

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Punctuality is a MUST

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable Vehicle

8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm workday, depending on which location you are covering on any particular day. Always off on Sundays and all major Holidays. Pleasant working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
