Superstar admin assistant for a remodeling design firm in Houston
Gold Star Design and Remodeling is a family-owned and growing remodeling firm in the Houston area that specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, and complete interior design and remodeling.
We are seeking a dynamic, superstar Administrative Assistant to support the owner with various tasks and assignments. This is a full-time, semi-flexible position, with some responsibilities performed virtually and others requiring work at the office or on-site locations.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge or passion for the design and remodeling industry, as well as an interest in sales and marketing. They should be eager and excited to learn and grow with us.
This role involves interacting with clients and potential clients on a daily basis. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys interacting with people, and has a positive, outgoing attitude. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently while still getting the job done. They should also be a creative thinker, a problem-solver, and someone with an “I can do anything” mindset.
