Immediate opening for a skilled labor position

We are looking for an assistant to help the lead maintenance worker with minor repairs to our rental properties. This includes; drywall, painting, assisting in flooring, removing any property or debris, mount light fixtures, clogs and trouble shoot any work needed in the properties.

Must have transportation.
