Job SummaryThe Program Manager serves as a team leader providing supervision to program staff as well as overseeing day- to-day operations of the program. The Program Manager ensures the delivery of quality care in accordance to the rules and regulations established by contracted agencies as well as adhering to the mission of St. Joseph Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Program Manager’s key areas of responsibility include:Key Areas of Responsibility:Provide consultation, support and supervision to a multi-disciplinary team of case managers that provide field-based services to homeless individuals who are enrolled in the Coordinated Entry System (CES) for Interim Housing and Time Limited Subsidies.Maintain professional working relationships with community partners that serve individuals in SPA 5, including all city and county partners.Support the referral of clients from Interim Housing into the SPA 5 Time Limited Subsidy system.In conjunction with the CES team, support case managers with establishing and maintaining sustainable housing plans.Develop, review, and revise, as necessary, all administrative policies and procedures in keeping with program requirements. Essential Duties:Provide oversight to all program staff, monitoring monthly staff productivity.Oversee client referral and intake process.Closely track client charts, client progress notes, financial record keeping, and other mandatory programmatic forms.Track progress towards meeting programmatic goals.Provide assessment, crisis intervention, linkage to mental health and case management services.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Monitor program budget during the fiscal year.Participating in other St. Joseph Center community, administrative and fundraising activities as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
