Growing Professional Services company looking to advertise marketing materials within the local communities. We're expanding our community-focused marketing efforts and need a Local Marketing Supervisor to lead our Street Team. You'll recruit, train, and manage the team, fostering local relationships and spreading awareness of our professional services throughout our footprint.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a Street Team to execute strategic outreach to local businesses.

Coordinate distribution of marketing materials in designated regions efficiently.

Act as a liaison between the Street Team and Company stakeholders, providing updates and insights.

Understand the local community landscape to identify the best places to be.

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle with storage space for materials.

Valid Driver's License

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to recruit and manage teams effectively.
