Certificates/Licenses:

Valid California Class A or B Driver’s License with a Passenger Transport Endorsement.

Valid California School Bus Driver’s Certificate or valid California School Pupil Activity Bus Certificate.

Valid Medical Certificate.

Ability to pass a DOT Drug and/or Alcohol test.

Training may be available.

Job Description:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

We travel throughout the United States, going wherever our customers want to go, including cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Monterey, Las Vegas, Reno, the Grand Canyon, and everywhere in between.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
