Kitchen Manager

Looking for an experienced BOH/Kitchen Manager for a restaurant in Breckenridge. Not looking for a certified/trained chef.

Job responsibilities include:

Inventory and ordering

Scheduling

Hiring/Firing BOH staff

Training BOH staff

Collaborating with FOH Management for improvements to service

This is a salary position with PTO, health benefits, and other perks.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
