Built Right Construction, a premier general contracting company, is seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our dynamic team. With a strong presence in both residential and commercial construction, we need a professional who can seamlessly navigate diverse plumbing challenges with expertise and precision.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing.

Inspect work to ensure compliance with local building and safety codes.

Perform scheduled maintenance.

Manage plumbing emergencies efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber in both residential and commercial settings.

Full knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills for working with clients and team members.

Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.).

Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.

Diploma from a trade school or apprenticeship program preferred.

Licensed to practice plumbing per state regulations.
