Service Tech

Under supervision, performs and inspects preventive maintenance and repair of Exhaust Hoods, & Scrubbers. This is a position that requires the ability to constantly learn new skills for maintaining and repairing Kitchen Exhaust equipment in an ever-changing field of expertise. Must possess ability to apply pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical principles to all equipment in the Hoods and Scrubbers. Employee will be expected to read blueprints and schematics also. 30-40 hrs per week

Primary responsibilities include:

Ability to Communicate and Coordinate with Customers and Management

Diagnose and Repair Kitchen Exhaust Hoods

Change Filters in the Exhaust Units

Change and repair Ballast Boards and UV Bulbs

Fill out reports & return in a timely manner

Read and Follow Electrical Schematics

Drivers licence required.
