General Manager for Hire- Custom Cabinet Shop
Position Summary:
As our General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our
cabinet projects, from building to finishing and installing. We’re seeking someone with
proven experience in cabinetry and/or custom woodworking who can manage our team,
optimize processes, and work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including building, finishing, and installation of custom cabinetry.
Manage a small but growing team of craftspeople, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand and fulfill design specifications.
Develop and implement processes to improve production quality and efficiency.
Train team members in technical skills and safety practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building, finishing, and installing custom cabinetry or similar woodworking projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
