Please Note:  This position will include supporting our US Federal customers.“This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test. As a key member of the Cloud Ops engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure-related needs for our on-premise customers to build/manage their environment to run ServiceNow products.What you get to do in this role:Assist in delivering and promoting end-to-end solution architecture roadmaps that guide product and service evolution.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.Supporting built systems, web services, and automation tools that are thoroughly specified, documented, and testable.Design solutions for replication, sharding and performance optimization.Recommending code tuning/optimizationsDesign scalable software and database architecture to support customer growth.Researching and implementing new tools and technologies
