Russ & Daughters Seeks an Experienced Overnight Baker

Russ & Daughters is hiring an experienced baker for overnight shifts at our Navy Yard, Brooklyn facility. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our team!

Overnight Bakers should be:

Available for a full time position: 5 days a week, shifts from (approx.) 10pm to 6am

Able to work both Saturday and Sunday, this position requires full weekend and holiday availability. We are open 7 days a week; generally open for all holidays

Responsible and self-motivated

Positive and a team player

Able to lift over 50lbs

Experienced working as a baker; bagel baking experience a plus

Skillful in high volume baking production and recipe scaling

Able to prepare different doughs and mixtures according to production recipes

Must be able to communicate with coworkers and kitchen leadership
