Licensed and insured contractor needed for buildout on Westheimer.

Scope of work:

Total of 4 walls

Square foot total: approximately 500 sq ft - framing and drywall.

Steel or wood. 1/2 drywall. No insulation. No firewall.

We're looking for a rough estimate to get an idea on cost and who would be a good fit come out for a formal estimate.
