You will lead and motivate a team of professionals setting goals and driving achievement.

You will own and optimize cell productivity, guide scheduling & sequencing of work, and foster a collaborative, achievement driven environment.

You will approach each day with a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for innovations optimizing production.

You will utilize active listening, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues while working under pressure.

You will be a culture champion for the team focused on individual development and team success . 

Well-developed organizational and time management skills along with the ability to effectively prioritize and allocate resources are foundational for success in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.

Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.

Plan and execute scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.

Guide the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.

Facilitate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.

Guide production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.

Collaborate with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.

Ensure all employees have a safety-first mindset and are adhering to EH&S policies.

Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery, hours, and efficiency commitments.

Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management.

Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates

Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions.

Lead and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.

Work Monday through Thursday 4x10 shift 3PM-1:30AM.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

LEAN certification.

SAP proficiency .

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
