Maintenance Manager - Large Power Transformers
This role will be basedat our new Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing Center Factory inCharlotte, North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be built by early2026 for production commencement. Consequently, the first part of the journeyin this role in our company will involve overseeing the construction of thefactory and the implementation of new processes, as well as managing thedevelopment of a high-performance team and coordinating all aspects of thefactory setup to prepare for production.ASnapshot of Your DayAt Siemens

Manager plays a key role in all stages of Large Power Transformer manufacturing
process. This role is responsible to avoid any interruption during
manufacturing, reducing cost, along the entire process. As Maintenance Manager,
you will define and improve maintenance process ensuring safety, quality and
cost. This individual will also work closely with different departments, into
the organization, sharing experience and information of equipment and
maintenance. Additionally, this individual will have additional exposure, with the
entire campus, defining the best and quick solution. This role requires a
combination of strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to
fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.HowYou’ll Make an Impact
Act as first point of contact for resolvingcomplex issues defining strategies, tactics, projects and methods toimprove safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Lead, define and implement maintenance policies,guidelines, processes and procedures, ensuring coherence with local andexternal regulations.
Be responsible for equipment maintenance andprevent maintenance, analyzing maintenance plans and critical timelines inmanufacturing, planning resources and available stocks of materials, partsand components, and proposing maintenance budget for entire FY [FiscalYear].
Calculate and deploy short-, mid- and long-termmaintenance plans for assigned manufacturing site; contributing, withmanufacturing engineering, to design layout and optimize the actualinfrastructure.
Analyze and improve technical problems on site, leadingand managing cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance serviceproviders.
Develop and perform training program to reduceimpacts due failures and generate a positive environmental impact.
Oversee ramp up, set up and start procedures toprepare machines and equipment for operations.
WhatYou Bring
Bachelor’s degree: Electric, Electronic,Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
07+ Years of experience in Maintenance.
Knowledge in Large Power Transformers stronglypreferred.
Experience with project management, planning andlogistic.
Experience with SAP and HANA System.
Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance[TPM] and Overall Equipment Effectiveness [OEE].
