Restaurant Maintenance Technician
Shift: Flexible; Monday-Friday and Possible Weekends
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair restaurant level equipment:Service and repair assorted HVAC units – primarily 5-10 ton unitsProactively identify maintenance risks on equipmentElectrical and mechanical faultsMedium temperature refrigerationMiddleby Marshall & XLT multi-deck ovensWalk-in coolersReach-in coolersPlumbing and electricalCorrigo W/O management, equipment tagging, etc…Replacements and Installations of EquipmentHVAC units as needed at existing propertiesHVAC new store installs/setups/plansWalk-in CoolersReach-in coolersThermostats/Remote Equipment ControllersMaintain and Repair FacilitiesSmall plumbing leaks - hand sinks, drain lines, etc…Small electrical repairs – switches, outlets, conduitFloor tile repair – replace/reaffix floor tileSheetrock, tape and float, and paintingTurnaround and DocumentationComplete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing more critical componentsCommunicate job progress and completion with the Manager on Duty before leaving the restaurantReport all major repairs to the District Manager and Director of OperationsKeep current and accurate inventory of supplies and work toolsOrder supplies/material and submit expenses at the end of every weekProvide a daily/weekly report of repairs and expenses to the Director of Finance and FacilitiesMaintain accurate warranty/repair records of equipmentProvide operations with site visits/reports upon all visits
