WANTED: BOUNCER/SECURITY

BUSY Coral Gables Bar and Restaurant is seeking EXPERIENCED bouncers!

RESPONSIBILITIES Include (but not limited to):

-Greeting customers; you need to be personable and friendly to guests who enter and leave the facility, as interactions with bouncers are part of the entertainment experience.

-You must always check guest IDs at the door, make sure each person in the building is at least 21 years old.

-Crowd control; this begins with controlling the flow of foot traffic into the bar or patio and includes removing patrons who get too rowdy. Use problem-solving skills to settle disputes in a respectful manner, and contacting the authorities when a situation gets beyond the bouncer’s control.

-Ensure the safety and security of our staff and guests.

- Comply with sanitation regulations

- Maintain PROFESSIONAL and POSITIVE attitude towards coworkers and customers
