Brown House Properties, a family owned and well-established property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office!
The Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of the team to keep our properties running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:
Experience with property maintenance and repair or related work
Valid Driver’s license required and good driving record
Flexibility in a fast paced, growing and evolving environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel, and bend as well as have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Salary $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
Removing personal property from vacated units
Cleaning and painting of vacated units
Light repair work (replace faucet, light fixture, etc.)
Follow safety procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
