Lead/ Journeyman Plumber
LEAD/JOURNEYMAN TECHKey PointsLead by Example·         BE ON TIME.·         Keep yourself and your Helper(s) neat and in clean attire.·         You and your helper(s) are in the eye of the public.·         Be aware you are all in company attire and vehicles - Be mindful of words and actions.·         You are instrumental within the Company, you lead by example. Primary Responsibilities·         Project Preparedness & Progress ·         KNOW the Contract /Scope of Project - Implementation of Contract vs Extra / Changes with signatures.·         Manage stock onsite as needed.·         Daily project slips submitted to office daily.·         Time Cards to office by 4PM every Friday.·         Keep Plumbing Licensure up to date / renewals & continuing education requirements. Communication through Team HierarchyCommunication with your Construction Manager·         Communicate with Construction Manager daily with progress updates & notes (text or voice message) by 3PM·         Inform Construction Manager when progress is delayed by materials, signatures, other trades. ·         Leads must hit Benchmark Time Tables provided by Construction Manager.·         Utilize the support and guidance of your Bilo Construction Manager for increased productivity & success.  Communication with your Helper(s) Daily/Start of day/End of day·         Prepare Helpers by text or lists to load trucks in a.m.·         Enable Helpers to progress – share knowledge and processes.·         Keep Helper(s) Busy + Relay their responsibilities. ·         Communicate clear expectations to Helper(s). Communication on projects with Site Super and other On-Site Personnel·         Maintain communication with Site Super – progress, delays, change orders – via text or voice message.·         Continually build working relationships with other trades on site for continued progress and efficiency.
