High volume, fast paced experience in an established NYC restaurant required

Looking to fill position(s) ASAP for 3-4 dinner shifts a week for a very popular and busy restaurant with a great local following. This position will require both bar and server shifts through out the week so experience in both areas is necessary. The ideal icandidate would posses the following:

- High end service in a personal, rustic environment

- Sharp multi-tasking skills

- Must be able to work well with a small team

- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine

- Italian wine knowledge is a plus

- A friendly and warm table side manner

- Responsible, punctual & reliable

- Experience with Light Speed/Breadcrumbs OS
