The USTT Digital and Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale technology and transformation projects. The preferred candidate will have previous experience and knowledge in implementing HR solutions, particularly with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (HXM). The Project Manager should be flexible in their approach to support evolving business requirements and adapt to new, cutting-edge technology solutions. This role requires strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects against competing deadlines. Expertise in managing relationships with Talent stakeholders, technology colleagues, PMO resources, and vendors is key to success in this role.Recruiting for this role ends on December 9th, 2024.Work you'll doAs a Technology Project Manager, you will work closely to support the Rewards, Recognition and Well-being (RRWB) Talent team which guides the firm's mission of providing a distinctively Deloitte experience through comprehensive rewards that empower professionals to thrive mentally, physically, and financially - and live their purpose. Key responsibilities include:

Lead Full Life Cycle Projects: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex talent technology and transformation projects, utilizing agile methodology for design, testing, and implementation.

Project Planning and Management: Document and oversee the project plan, resources, timeline, and budget. Manage risks, actions, issues, and decision logs ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Talent, Consulting, and Deloitte Technology teams to deliver effective technology solutions. This includes updating status reports, facilitating project meetings and workshops, and supporting the user acceptance testing process.

Strategic Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor to Talent, coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure appropriate Talent representation in preparation, design, and testing workshops.

Change Management Coordination: Collaborate with the change management team to plan and execute communications and training to ensure a smooth implementation and experience for users

Team Oversight: Lead and coordinate PMO resources and contractors to ensure project milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule and on budget with the highest standard of quality.

Post-Deployment Support: Partner with the project team to plan and execute post-deployment hypercare support, along with ongoing sustainability and release management strategies

Qualifications: Required

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience implementing new Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

PMP Certification

Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes

Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes is preferred

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
