Paid Ads Team Lead

We are seeking a Paid Ads Team Lead to oversee our existing PPC team, assist in expanding our LSA efforts, and act as a liaison between the PPC and sales department in creating marketing collateral to increase our paid ads revenue. Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns that align with clients’ objectives
Manage paid advertising campaign spending to ensure maximization of available paid media budgets
Work with the creative team to develop and optimize ad creatives and the development team to craft compelling landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations and adjustments to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS)
Stay up-to-date on the latest paid advertising trends, platforms, features, and best practices through research and a/b testing
Collaborate with internal team members and clients to develop and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns
Manage team of Paid Advertising specialists
Act as a liaison with the sales team, creating campaign proposals and collateral to increase paid media revenue
Refine department processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Work with vendor partners including Google to enhance performance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in paid advertising
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google Local Service Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads
Experience with campaign management, budget management, and creative development
Experience overseeing a paid media team, delegating tasks, and mentorship
Actively involved in client communication and providing recommendations
Experience collaborating with sales teams on building marketing collateral to increase paid ads revenue
