- Provide expertise from QA/Testing prospective to ensure best practice and followed for successful go live Retail Transformation Project
- Structure and prioritize all test cases within centralized test repository
- Identify and mitigate risk to timeline and functionality – Focusing on high risk areas first - relating to highly customized functionality and interfaces
- Utilize existing reporting tool, methodology and tools to accelerate effort, and measure progress
- Plan and structure QA activities, ensuring the correct gates and controls are in place to effectively manage go-live requirements and targets
- MUST HAVE Consumer retail experience
- MUST HAVE Point-of-Sale (POS) application experience
- MUST HAVE Test phase management experience
- Knowledge of Food and Distribution industry is a plus
- Utilizing requirement traceability and entry and exit criteria to minimize testing risks
- Knowledge in the implementation of test strategies, approaches, and planning
- Extensive experience managing stakeholders as well as business users
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Have continuous access to and work with Senior Testing Specialists and Practice Experts
