We are seeking a Grill Chef who has the following Qualifications:

Sushi experience.

Must love scratch high volume kitchen operations in upper casual restaurant or

white table cloth concepts?

A blend of experience in both corporate chains and independent

concepts is preferred

Creative ability to create new menu items and specials

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Development of menu specials including recipe, cost, and sales tracking.

Maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in kitchen operations.
