OSC is a company that specializes in key outdoor products to control/own the outdoor elements so our clients can enjoy up to 365days of their outdoor space as well as Accent Permanent Holiday Lighting.
We are looking to add another skilled carpenter or master carpenter to our team. If this person can confidently run a crew/Project Manage, this would be a plus but not necessary.
This ultimately would be a full time role for the right person/skillset and gift mix.
You:

-Have Reliable Transportation
-Have Solid Carpenter Tools (We Also Have all Necessary Tools)
-Flexible Schedule-Some Saturdays As Needed
-US Citizen or Green Card or Work Visa
-Speak Excellent English
-Not prone to Cursing on the job/clients(We all have to work at this!)
-Speak Spanish a Plus but not required
-Can take direction from Female Owner/Production Manager
-Humble Yet Confident
-Know How To Listen(Listen Before You Speak)
-Slow to Anger
-Comfortable inneracting with clients as needed(but we do most of this the first 6-12 months)
-Low Voltage Knowledge a Plus or can Easily Pickup as Trained
-Occasional Overnights when more than an hour away, OSC Provides Accomodations
-Comfortable on Ladders.
-Comfortable with Longer Workdays when needed especially when we are further from Basecamp/Home.
-We work the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo and we do Mountain Projects as they come to us when it makes sense.

-We treat our crew members really well looking out for there well being as best we can. We like a "Family Feel" approach all the while recognizing the need for "Professional Distance".
-We train you the way we want things done since we have some tried and true processes and excellent knowledge of our products as a whole. Once you have a full grasp of how we want things done and you gain excellent knowledge of our products and how we need and want them installed, then we look forward to hearing your ideas and thoughts to better our processes, systems or installations.
-Outdoor construction is always a moving target due to weather. We do our best to manage this but there will always be ebb and flow of a week due to multiple pieces to any given project. You understand this as well and have a flexible spirit and are able to follow our lead even if it isn't what you might do or choose.
-We currently have 3 Vehicles, 2018 Ford Transit HighTop Long Wheel Base Van, 2024 Ram 2500 with Reading Utility Box, 2021 Ram Rebel Deisel, 20ft Deckover trailer for our products.
-We love to work efficiently- time, money and resources and it is a key principal of our business model.
-We have 2 Gated Warehouses
-We have a full display/Showroom with a very "Home Vibe" for our products
-We do 2 -3 Trade Shows a Year-You would need to be available for these Home Shows-They are on Weekends. The Next Home Shows are Denver-March 20th-23rd, 2025 and Castle Rock-April 10th-13th. These are all hands on Deck for setup, teardown and being present to speak with clients.
-We pay mileage when appropriate if you are using your Truck/Van/Car. But we like to ride as a crew when at all possible.
-Monument and Larkspur are our key starting points for the day. Primarily Monument.
-Potential for 4 weeks off/freedom per year.
-We do not work Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day and do our best to avoid other key holidays when possible.
-Our High Season is March - December. But we do work year round weather and temperatures permitting.
