Apartment Property Manager

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY NEEDS AN EXPERIENCED APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER/LEASING AGENT

Property Manager is responsible for the full operation of apartment complex. The Selected Candidate must ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Operation

Leasing Administration

Tenant Accounting

Ensure invoices are processed in accounting with appropriate back-up and according to established procedures.

Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

Oversee maintenance of work order

Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS / KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

High school diploma/GED equivalent – Bachelor’s Degree preferred!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Experience in Appfolio is a plus!

Strong customer service, organization and time management ability. Must demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency while being able to multi-task.

Highly professional and polished, with Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal).
