No recruiting experience? No problem! We’re willing to train you and equip you with the skills needed to succeed and potentially earn $5,000+ a month in commission—on top of your base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit physicians for both locum tenens and permanent placements across a variety of medical specialties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, understanding their career goals, and matching them with the right opportunities.

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) and use creative methods to engage top talent.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact through placement, ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs and maintain satisfaction.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus but not required.
